If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days (after delivery). The costs of the returning the product are for the buyer.
To guide you through the return process sent an email to shop@bottegaserafina.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival and let us know straight away if an item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluatie the issue and make it right.

Order cancellations
Since is order is custom made, all sales are final.
Once our print team starts production on your order, we are unable to process cancellations. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding!

Digital Downloads
Digital items - such as menu and invitation templates - are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All sales are final, with the exemption of broken links or defective templates. If you have an issue with a digital product, please contact us at shop@bottegaserafina.com and we will assist you with your template or digital download.
